Kenneth came to Children & Family Services in 2021 after working with West TN Legal Services in Jackson, TN serving as their HOPWA/ Ryan White Case manager for 6 years. He is a graduate of Lane College with a CUM Laude Sociology degree. Kenneth is passionate about his current position here at Children & Family Services helping clients in need, and finding opportunities for them and their families to improve holistically.

Mr. Caldwell is also a member of Phi Beta Sigma Fraternity, Inc. as well as an active community member in Jackson, TN.
