Kelsey works as a Ryan White case manager and corrections navigator. Within these roles, she helps clients receive treatment and services through the Ryan White - Part B Program. She is also certified to give rapid tests and distribute Narcan.

As a case manager, Ms. Rivers services Lauderdale, Dyer, Haywood, Obion, Hardin, and Lake County. She is also willing to meet clients at the CFS-Jackson location if they prefer.

Kelsey is also a graduate of The University of Tennessee - Knoxville and a Tipton County native.
